Plugin works great, have a lots of options - everything what you need is possible to choose/set it up and it also cooperate with Global Options what is solving everything about product variability and so on. If you can´t find a solution support is really helpfull and can help also with custom fuatures, if you need to. For me the best plugin in this "field" - we have tried also another plugin and this is really the best one. We are using it as custom gift boxes builder.
